Bring a large pan of salted water to boil over high heat. Drain the broccoli and rinse it briefly under cold water. Using the same pan, add the oil. Once tempeh is golden brown in color, add teriyaki sauce and nutritional yeast and mix to coat tempeh. Add broccoli and garlic to pan.
