- Add raw brown lentils and turmeric. Add more stock and continue adding stock until lentils are soft. When lentils are almost add the can of diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper
- Add your spinach to your serving dish and pour your hot stew over the spinach so that they wilt. Enjoy

Add the broth to the pot, stir then add the lentils.
