Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water. While the soup is boiling add this mixture and stir constantly until well mixed. Season with sesame oil by adding a few drops at a time.

- Put chicken with all ingredients in a pot, when boil comes low the flame take out the foam (scum) from sides
- Cook for 30_40 mins or until a good flavour stock is ready and chicken tenders. Strain the stock
- Shredd chicken and keep aside - Now make soup.
- Bring stock to boil add shredded chicken, corns, black pepper n salt, chicken cubes some green chillies and cook for few mins
- Dissolve cornflour in 1/2cup water and add gradually in soup till required thickness, than add one beaten egg on slow flame and stir it add some soya sauce, off the flame soup is ready check its seasonings.
- Serve with soya sauce chilli sauce, green onions, some green onions soaked in vinegar.
While the soup is boiling add this mixture and stir constantly until well mixed. Season with sesame oil by adding a few drops at a time. Reduce heat and slowly add egg white while swirling the soup.
